Shipping to the United States

We strive to ship out orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order and are 100% committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your order experience. During times of high order volume, such as holidays or big sales, the handling time may be extend further.

Delivery Time

Typically, your package should reach you within 3-9 days of placing an order.

If you have paid for Priority Express Shipping, you are paying for 2 Day FedEx Express service and the right to jump ahead in line and speed up handling time. There may be extenuating circumstances where Priority Express Shipping cannot be honored. In the rare event that this occurs, we will refund the additional shipping cost and do our best to provide value for the inconvenience.

The Standard Shipping that Bobbie Wren offers on almost all US domestic orders is FedEx, with the same exceptions applicable as Priority Express Shipping.

Please remember that Priority Express Shipping estimates do NOT include processing time, which is typically 24-48 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding US Holidays). However, those shipping times can be affected by weather and instances that are beyond our control. Once the package has left our facility, we do not have any way to influence the arrival time, but are more than happy to assist wherever possible in locating a package.

We try to help when delays in delivery happen, but we cannot issue a refund on any portion of shipping paid unless the carrier approves a refund on shipping charges paid on our end. 

All packages ship to the address that was entered on cladandcloth.com. This is the address customers save as their ship to location when the account is set up. Please note that if you use PayPal to pay, we do not use the address that you save/use in PayPal to ship your order(s).

Our fulfillment team does its best to adapt order changes when requested well ahead of the start of the following business day; however we are unable to guarantee that updates will be made prior to shipping. You may send us an email, enter order notes on the web site or through PayPal; however this does not mean that changes can or will be made. We encourage you to double check your order before hitting submit and to update your account to avoid any processing delays. 

Refused/Undelivered Packages

Refused or undeliverable orders that are returned to our facility will be processed like a standard return; this means all shipping costs, including return freight charges and any return-to-sender fees assessed by the shipping carrier, will be deducted from the product refund. Keep in mind that international orders which have been refused by the receiver or deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier may be subject to duties, taxes, customs charges or brokerage fees on the return shipment.

Bobbie Wren reserves the right to deduct these additional costs, in addition to all freight charges, from the product refund. If you would like to return an item it is recommended that all shipments be accepted and then sent back following our standard return process. Refusing a package has the potential to have it refused, cause delays in return shipping as well as incur additional shipping charges.
