Returns & Exchanges
Hi there! For U.S. based customers, we have three options for you when it comes to returns and exchanges.

Return for Store Credit or Refund
All orders placed during a sale are marked "Final Sale" and are not eligible for return due to the amazingly low pricing.
We strive to offer Easy Returns with a generous 30 day return period on all US Domestic orders with a free pre-paid return label when returning for Store Credit.
We also offer a 30 day return period on all US Domestic orders for a refund. A pre-paid return label will be generated for you and a fee of $8.99 will be deducted from your return once we receive the item at our warehouse.
Exchanging your Clad & Cloth purchase can be stressful. We sell out of items so quickly, that we cannot always guarantee that we can exchange for a different size. We strongly recommend that you request a return first and purchase the item that you want in your size. You can email our customer service team and let them know that you purchased the item in your size. We will waive your return shipping fee and prioritize your return when it arrives.
Please keep in mind that if you want to send back your item first and then exchange for another size, it is subject to inventory supplies and your request may not be available when your item arrives. :(
Return Process and Condition
In order to maximize your return, please keep these things in mind as you package your return or exchange:
Any item returned in unsellable condition may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the return will be credited for a gift card for store credit.
All sale and marked down items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns excludes International and APO/FPO addresses.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unwashed, without wear or damage, along with the original packing slip.
Returns will be processed within 7-10 days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and usually take 3-5 business days to show on your account.
If your pre-paid label does not work, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We generally will not accept returns without a prepaid labels and we are unable to refund any shipping paid by the customer.
Please be mindful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. If we are unable to resell the garment, the return may be subject to our restocking fee.
Shoes must be returned in their original box enclosed in proper shipping package. Any shoes returned without box or have been worn are subject to partial refund. Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.
Unfortunately, Clad & Cloth is unable to process returns for jewelry purchases.
